3b. Giving&receiving :There shall be a divine supply!

3b. Giving&receiving :You will have a divine provision!

I hear the sound of an abundance of rain
Something good and big is going to happen to you. You will experience a special  favour

Let us to look at some things about Abraham and the widow of zarephath

1.They were led by God to give. God said to Elijah, I’ve commanded a widow to sustain you. This means the widow knew she was meant to give her last meal before Elijah ask her to give.

Spiritual people do not need prompting before they give. We should always allow the Holy Spirit to lead us in giving.

2. Abraham said, The Lord himself will provide a lamb for the sacrifice. This is important, Abraham believed he will not return home empty-handed.

We need to believe we have receive at the point of giving. It is the same with prayer, you need to believe you have received before you see manifestation.

3. Have an expectation? Name your seed. Abraham wanted a ram and his eyes were opened to see one. Ask The Lord to open your eyes to the provision he has made for you

4. Expect God to speak to you. Elijah declared a blessing on the widow, the Angel of God spoke to Abraham. When you give , open your heart to receive the wisdom of God on how to meet your needs or deal with a particular situation in your life. Giving is in act of worship, when you worship expect the person you are worshipping to respond to you

The Lord will provide for you and you will not lack anything good.

Scriptures;

1Kings17:13-14 Elijah said to her, Fear not; For thus says the Lord, the God of Israel; The jar of meal shall not waste away or the bottle of oil fail.

Gen22:7-8 Abraham said, My son, God Himself will provide a lamb for the burnt offering. So the two went on together.
